Current Issues and Actions
Child Care Provider Mini-Grant: The Hutchinson Community Foundation, in collaboration with the Kansas Health Foundation, is pleased to offer a grant opportunity to Reno County Center and Home-based Child Care Providers to enable child care professionals to increase children’s daily consumption of fruits and vegetables and or participation in active play. Child Care Centers are eligible to apply for up to $1,000 in funding; Family/Home-based Centers are eligible to apply for up to $500 in funding.Child Care Provider Mini-Grant Application
HEAL (Healthy Eating Active Living) Mini-Grant: This grant competition is made possible by funding provided by the Kansas Health Foundation. Awards are intended to strategically modify the culture of Hutchinson and Reno County to increase healthy eating and active living among residents. HEAL Mini-Grant Application
