  About Us

Since 1989, Hutchinson Community Foundation has been connecting community members, nonprofits, and other partners to brighten the future of Hutchinson and Reno County through philanthropy. There are over 80 community foundations in Kansas, and more than 750 across the country, each with one goal – to create a vital, philanthropic environment within the geographic area it serves. Hutchinson Community Foundation does that right here in Reno County.

Today, we are one of the state’s largest community foundations, working with more than 250 funds created by individuals, families, corporations, and nonprofit agencies. Together with our donors, we average more than $3 million annually in grants to an estimated 200 nonprofit organizations locally, nationally, and internationally.
